At Kindwell we help individuals improve their Mental Wellbeing. We offer a range of services to cater to different needs and preferences. Our sessions are conducted one to one, either in person or through virtual platforms, depending on your location and preference. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. We are trained professionals who will actively listen, provide guidance, and support you in finding solutions to your problems.
Our approach is evidence-based, meaning that we rely on scientific research and proven techniques to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. We combine elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques, positive psychology, mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities to create a personalised coaching plan that suits your needs.
During the coaching process, we will work together to identify your strengths, values, and areas you wish to focus on now for your future self. The process we adopt is acknowledging the “here and now” accepting this and providing a space to explore further. The type of Mental Health support we provide is very much down to you to take personal responsibility so you will need to be ready, if you want to get as much from it as possible. We will determine where you are on your Mental Wellbeing growth at the first meeting, to ensure we are the right service for you.
We work together by setting realistic personal achievements, and provide you with tools and strategies to overcome obstacles and make progress. Our aim is to empower individuals to make changes of in their lives, build resilience, and develop a positive mindset.

Our coaches have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with various challenges. Hello, I am Laura a Mental Wellbeing professional and the founder of Kindwell Coaching.
I am a firm believer everybody with the right guidance, validation, and ability to take personal responsibility can feel better now and long term.
It is essential to prioritise your Wellbeing to feel better!
I have engaged in the field of personal development throughout my adult life. It all started when I started reading personal development and self-help books at a young age. From there the passion ingnited and I proceeded to attend training and development courses on a personal and professional level. Something which I still am very passionate about and engage in regularly. I am on a personal mission to keep learning and growing as a lot of that comes from other people I meet and have met. My values are very much rooted in keeping an open mind and flexible approach when it comes to working with people.
I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and have undergone numerous training and courses in the field of Mental Health as a working professional. have worked in the NHS in fast paced, forward thinking services and award winning third sector organisations for over 15 years in a variety of Mental Health services. I love meeting new people and connecting on a personal awareness and growth journey. All the people I have been lucky enough to meet and support shared a common need. The need to be heard and understood when sharing their own personal story. I am now supporting individuals with their desire to connect with their inner-self, so freedom and peace can be achieved. Through working through anxiety, fear, overwhelm, procrastination and self-doubt. It is widely recognised that physical and Mental Health are equally important when living a life dedicated to Mental Wellbeing. Every aspect of our being is interconnected, and understanding and addressing our life experiences can have a profound impact on achieving lasting change.

The purpose of our sessions are to provide guidance, support, and tools to help you improve your Mental Health and achieve your personal goals. It is a collaborative approach where we work together in a safe and non-judgmental space. You will be given the opportunity to openly express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. We will actively listen and provide empathetic support throughout the sessions. We will start by identifying your specific goals and aspirations for your Mental Health journey.
Whether it’s managing stress, improving self confidence, or developing healthy coping mechanisms, we will establish clear and achievable objectives. By using evidence based techniques and approaches, we will help you develop personalised strategies and action plans to overcome challenges and enhance your Mental Wellbeing. These strategies may include mindfulness exercises, cognitive reframing, self-care practices, and more.
Throughout our sessions, we provide you with practical tools and resources to develop important skills for self-reflection, emotional regulation, stress management, and resilience. Together, we will work on building a strong foundation for long term mental health and well-being.
To ensure your progress we will monitor your progress towards your goals and make any necessary adjustments to our strategies along the way.
